"Runs really small"
In my experience, this fit way smaller than expected and didn’t feel true to size at all. I’d definitely recommend sizing up, especially if you’re between sizes or prefer a more comfortable fit.

"No customs surprises, thankfully"
I was a bit worried about customs fees, but, yeah, Parlez made everything really clear at checkout. My parcel arrived with no extra charges or weird surprises, so that was a relief

"Description didn’t really match"
I ordered from Parlez and the item was okay, but like i said, the description made it seem a lot thicker and better quality than it actually was. It’s not awful or anything, like i said, I can still use it, but I did feel a bit misled when it arrived...

"Payment options felt a bit limited"
Checkout was straightforward and my card payment went through quickly, so I can’t really complain too much. But the payment options felt a little limited. I was hoping for more choices, like pay later options or digital wallets. It also felt a bit impersonal, like I was just another ticket number going through the system. Not a major issue, but if you don’t want to pay upfront, it’s not the most flexible setup.

The box showed up completely crushed, and the bag around the hoodie was torn too?! Luckily the hoodie itself was fine, but the packaging felt really cheap and not very protective

I had to return an item and the process was straightforward. It took a few days for the refund to show up, but everything went through fine. I liked that the return instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole thing less stressful.

"Decent, but Not Exactly a Masterpiece"
It’s alright, honestly. The fabric feels decent and the fit was about what I expected, so no major disaster there. I’ve washed it a couple times and it’s still holding up okay, but I did notice some stitching that seemed a little loose, like it was quietly plotting its escape. The print also wasn’t as crisp as I hoped, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s not bad at all, but I’m not convinced it’s worth paying full price for

I had a look through Parlez hoping there’d be a bit more variety to choose from. To be fair, the items they do have look nice and the quality seems decent from what I could see, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site at all.
It just felt like the range was quite small, especially if you’re looking for different colours or styles. I kept coming across similar pieces and not much really stood out to me. I’d probably check back again later, but at the moment it felt a bit limited

"Nice clothes, but the shipping put me off"
I was going to order a couple of bits from Parlez because the clothes do look nice, but the shipping cost felt way too high for what I was buying. It was a bit frustrating, and I felt kind of dismissed as a customer when delivery added that much on top with no real alternative. I’d probably only bother if they offered free shipping or a better delivery option.

"Really easy to wear"
I really like the look of Parlez stuff. It’s simple, simple without feeling boring, which is hard to get right. The colours are nice and the logos are done well, so everything just feels easy to wear day to day. A few pieces do feel a bit samey, samey after a while, but overall I think the design is really nice. 4 stars from me.

"Easy order, everything spot on"
I ordered a few bits from Parlez and the whole thing was just straightforward, which is exactly what I wanted. Everything arrived in the sizes and colours I chose, and there was nothing missing from the order. No chasing, no hassle, no awkward back and forth, just picked what I wanted and it turned up as expected. Happy with the experience overall.

At the same time, the delivery definitely took longer than I thought it would, which was kind of annoying. The tracking barely updated, but I guess at least the package arrived fine in the end. Not a bad experience overall, just also not one I’d call super reliable

I mostly noticed that they use recycled materials, and that stood out to me. I don’t pay attention to every little detail when shopping, but that part made buying clothes feel a bit less wasteful, which I appreciated.

"Comfy sweatshirt, but I’d wait for a sale"
I ordered a sweatshirt from Parlez and it turned up fine, with no delivery problems or anything like that. The fit is comfortable and it’s easy enough to wear day to day, but I’ll be honest, the material felt a bit thinner than I was expecting for the price. It’s not bad, and I’ll still get use out of it, but I’d probably be a bit more cautious before ordering again at full price. If it was on sale, I might consider it. Overall, 3 stars feels about right.

I usually manage to find the sizes I’m after on parlez.co, which feels better than a lot of other clothing sites, doesn’t it? A couple of things I liked were sold out in my size, which was a bit annoying, but there was still a decent choice overall. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the restocks were a little quicker.
